2011 Vacation Rental Rates

Cape Lazo Beach House

Summer ( June 1st - Sept 7)
* $1850 a week
* $275 a night ( min 3 day stay )
* rates based on a maximum of 4 people

Shoulder Season
* Sept. 7th - December 19th
* $1400 a week
* $225 a night (min 3 night stay)
* rates based on a maximum of 4 people

High Season
* December 20th to Jan. 2

These are our house rules and policies for those who would like to stay at the rental homes:

Non-smoking vacation homes
Sorry no pets
Damage Deposit of $500.00 due upon check-in
2 night deposit holds weekly reservations
1 night deposit for less than one week
Your deposit will be fully refunded if you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Cash or Cheque accepted.
